SILICONE COATING
Coating consists in applying liquid silicone on textile support and elastic bands to give grip and adhesion. We are one of the European leaders in the field of liquid silicone application.
We have 5 coating machines with a capability up to 10,000 meters of ribbon per day.
We are partners with the largest silicone manufacturers. Over the years, Fontanille Scop has acquired a real knowledge and mastery of liquid silicone. We use different types of silicone depending on the ribbons: we can offer coatings with mono-component silicone, bi-component or tri-component.
We know how to make different patterns such as film coatings, waves, dots, sinusoidal, honeycombs and more...
Our know-how in silicone coating allows us to apply silicone on all types of textile supports: elastic or rigid in a linear layout, since the support has a width inferior to 20 cm. We also plan to extend our know-how to larger width fabrics.
